Application is completed by visiting www.snowsnv.org, clicking on Online Application and completing the online application process.
Computers will be available at OLSS for parents who do not have access to a computer or would like assistance.
Parents will need to provide:- Certified copy of child’s birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
